Prashaant Mishra
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Prashaant Mishra is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of TROIKA (Trinergy Prop Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), with nearly two decades of professional experience across real estate advisory, business strategy, sales leadership, and financial services. He leads the organization with a strong focus on transparency, structured consulting, and long-term value creation for clients.

Over the years, Prashaant has worked with some of India’s most reputed real estate advisory firms, gaining extensive exposure in market expansion, enterprise account management, consulting-led sales, and people leadership. His diverse background allows him to combine strategic thinking with on-ground execution, helping businesses scale sustainably while maintaining service excellence.

• Nearly 20 years of professional experience across real estate advisory, business strategy, sales leadership, and financial services.

• Currently serving as CEO & Managing Director at TROIKA since December 2021, leading overall business operations, growth strategy, and brand development.

• Former Vice President – Sales & Strategy at SMC Real Estate Advisors, managing enterprise accounts, consulting-led sales engagements, and cross-functional teams.

• Worked as Regional Manager at Square Yards, leading regional expansion, revenue growth, and team development while establishing strong market presence.

• Held the role of Transaction Unit Head at Indiahomes, overseeing key accounts, sales planning, and operational coordination.

• Began his career in financial services with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd and Way 2 Wealth Securities Pvt. Ltd, specializing in equity, mutual funds, and portfolio management.
